[00:00:04] Speaker A: Smoopy. Careful. [00:00:08] Speaker B: Ooh. Over. Did I over modulate? [00:00:11] Speaker A: You did. [00:00:12] Speaker B: You know, we can fix it in post. [00:00:13] Speaker A: Yes, we can. You crazy. [00:00:15] Speaker B: That's big tv. [00:00:16] Speaker A: How about we talk about snacks? In. [00:00:19] Speaker B: In. [00:00:19] Speaker A: In backpacks. [00:00:21] Speaker B: Snacks and backpacks. Well, because it rhymes. [00:00:24] Speaker A: You, my friend, are a terrible predictor of your hunger factor. Yes, it is fascinating to me because you must eat every couple of hours, and yet you never have anything with you. I'm lucky. It's more every three hours. But when I Let you, Julie McCoy, the situation, you fail miserably at providing snacks. Food in general. [00:00:57] Speaker B: Well, I take you dining instead of, you know. Yeah, but one time I totally forgot to. [00:01:03] Speaker A: Yes, you did. [00:01:05] Speaker B: You and your friend. [00:01:06] Speaker A: You did. I was left as high and dry. I'm like, where's dinner? [00:01:09] Speaker B: I was a complete sweetheart by taking your friend over to where I took her. [00:01:14] Speaker A: Mm. [00:01:15] Speaker B: And what do you call Julie McCoy? The whole thing. The whole day. [00:01:20] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:01:20] Speaker B: But then we barked at a food truck, which was handily located, and then after that point, it all went downhill. Because we had nowhere to eat. No, because then we went to a different cidery and they didn't have any food. [00:01:32] Speaker A: No. [00:01:33] Speaker B: And then we went. [00:01:35] Speaker A: It's your problem when you start drinking, you forget all the things. But anyways, don't you think it would be really important? I know that this is how I live my life. Maybe I'll share this with you, and maybe it'll rub off on you. In every single bag or pocket, I have a power bar. Have I saved us this morning? [00:01:54] Speaker B: Yes. We had a chocolate power bar with our coffee. Yeah. [00:01:58] Speaker A: Isn't it delicious? [00:01:59] Speaker B: And it's gonna hold us until we actually have a real brekkie, which you generally don't have anyway. But I require. That's how I start my day. [00:02:08] Speaker A: Why don't you tell. Tell our fabulous listeners how you start your day. [00:02:13] Speaker B: This is how I start every day. Now there are. [00:02:16] Speaker A: Oh, and heaven forbid somebody should get in the way of that. [00:02:19] Speaker B: Well, that's not true. I'll modify. Like, I'll take you to a diner. I've offered to take. I've offered to take you to a diner this morning. It's very funny, Right? [00:02:28] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:02:29] Speaker B: I'm just bugging you and you don't want to go. [00:02:30] Speaker A: No, I don't. Thank you, though. But why don't you say how. [00:02:34] Speaker B: Here's what I do. Okay. I have a little bit of juice. Probably about, like, a full mouthful worth. So in other words, like three drink. Ish. [00:02:44] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:02:44] Speaker B: Like, if you were to fill your Mouth once. [00:02:47] Speaker A: You don't pour it into a glass. [00:02:48] Speaker B: No. Drink it right out of the carton. Or the. Or the vegetable greeny thing. [00:02:53] Speaker A: Yes. [00:02:54] Speaker B: In that case. [00:02:54] Speaker A: Oh, so you were putting your mouth around my vegetable. Okay. [00:02:58] Speaker B: Excuse me. [00:02:59] Speaker A: Keep going. [00:03:00] Speaker B: Oh, I put my mouth on your vegetable. [00:03:02] Speaker A: Oh, keep going. [00:03:03] Speaker B: Okay. In fact, I. Never mind. [00:03:10] Speaker A: Don't get distracted. [00:03:12] Speaker B: Yeah. And then I. I don't want to. I used to always take the vitamin and. And the ashwagandha or the quercetin with that juice before I eat, but now I wait because I want to have something to cling to. You're supposed to let it hop onto some food. Doesn't matter. So, yes, mouthful of juice, big bowl of cereal, can be any variety. I usually sprinkle a little granola on top of the cereal. [00:03:41] Speaker A: But what are your favorites, really? [00:03:44] Speaker B: I'll have Life cereal with granola on top. Or I'll have Cheerio multigrain with a little bit of granola sprinkled on top. [00:03:53] Speaker A: It's multigrain. Are you sure it's not multigrain? [00:03:55] Speaker B: Multigrain. Or I'll have some maybe Special K. Then I have a yogurt. One little pod of yogurt. So it's juice, bowl of cereal, yogurt. Then I have a banana. [00:04:10] Speaker A: I was just gonna say where's your banana? Yeah. [00:04:12] Speaker B: And then I make coffee. And with that coffee, what do you have? I have chocolate covered almonds. Usually six to seven. [00:04:21] Speaker A: Usually 11. Let's not. Okay, six to seven. [00:04:24] Speaker B: Six to seven, great. Well, 11 by the time I go back a second time with the next copy. And I also have these little Persian cookies. I bought these things from Iran, which you can get at the markets here. There's a little. They're a little. Their version of Oreos, but they're more. [00:04:42] Speaker A: Pure and delicious cocoa and less preservatives. [00:04:47] Speaker B: I'm a firm believer in breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It's been debunked and all that, but that food is, if necessary, will get me through an entire workday. [00:04:56] Speaker A: Hence why you never have snacks in your bag. Correct. Okay, we got to go. Have snacks in your bag. [00:05:02] Speaker B: Make you have breakfast. Bye.
